Indianapolis Zoo previews macaque exhibit
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis Zoo on Tuesday previewed a new monkey exhibit.
The long-tailed macaques are known for their ability to leap up to 15 feet between trees.
Once the exhibit opens Saturday, the zoo will be the only one in North America where you can see the monkeys.
The monkeys are native to southeast Asia, and they are the only ones in their species that swim throughout their lives.
