Rice
2 cups Jasmine Rice 
Cook per directions on packaging. After it is cooked add 2 tablespoons of melted butter and stir thoroughly.

1# Crawfish Tail Meat (Product of USA)
1# Argentinian Red Shrimp
1cup Chopped Sweet Onion
1 cup Chopped Red and Green Bell Peppers
1/2 cup Salted Butter
1/2 cup Flour
1 can Rotell (Medium)
2 cup Chicken Stock
Green Onion

Catch a Valentine’s Day special at local seafood shop

Add butter to large preheated skillet (medium/high heat). After the butter has melted add the flour slowly while mixing thoroughly with the butter.  While mixing constantly cook till the roux has a dark color and nutty aroma. Then add the peppers and onion and saute until translucent. After peppers and onions are cooked in the roux add the Rotell and chicken stock.  Mix thoroughly and bring to a simmer. Reduce the heat to low and let cook for at least 20 minutes stirring occasionally. Then add the crawfish tail meat and shrimp and let cook for 3 to 4 minutes. Serve immediately on a bed of rice. Garnish with fresh chopped green onion.
