INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Todd Francis, owner of First Serve Cleaning and Restoration, LLC, says fogging buildings and businesses is nothing new but has picked up over the last few months since the pandemic.
“Six months ago, this wasn’t a big deal but now in the new world we are living in everyone has heightened awareness.”
He put Joe through the ringer, making him sanitize a local church.
“We are actually fogging so it puts a fine particle mist in the air and it falls on the surfaces that typically we are doing soft surfaces cause it will help sanitize it,” says Francis. “We’re using a plant-based product recommended by the CDC we don’t want them breathing in the small particles. There is a heightened awareness of being clean and I think our world has changed from before this to now there is a heightened awareness.”
For First Serve Cleaning, fogging has picked up, but carpet cleaning is the main part of their business. Francis started in 2005 with a third child on the way he took a chance at opening a new business.
“I love taking care of customers and I feel like there was a need out there that wasn’t being met,” says Francis. “When we come into the house we aren’t going to try and upsell you on a bunch of stuff it is what it is the prices are on the website and we want to be straight with you and do the best possible job for you.”
