1 Tsp coconut oil
2/3 cup ice
Place all ingredients in blender and blend on high.
So Easy Italian Chicken Thighs
Ingredients:
Package of Boneless Chicken thighs
1 Tbs Oregano
1 1/2 Tbs basil
2 tsp Garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp Paprika(because why not)
Your favorite homemade or store bought sauce
Mozzarella
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Trim thighs. Rub all dry ingredients on thighs. This is really to taste. I have measurements in the above ingredients, but feel free to experiment. Now, you can either pan sear or grill the thighs. You don’t want to cook them all the way. Once they have a nice sear or char, you want to place them in a pan and coat each thigh with your sauce. Then, sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan on top, and place in oven at 400 degrees for a half hour or until thighs are cooked fully.
