Bicyclists ride 24 hours for charity

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Bicyclers participating in this year’s 24 Hours of Booty event might have felt like the ride would never end.

Riders started at 7 p.m. Friday night at Butler University and kept it up for 24 hours.

They could ride the Bootyloop as long as they wanted, and could also hang out and recover at the Bootyville camp.

The annual event hopes to raise more than $200,000 for cancer survivorship and navigation programs.

In the event’s 13-year history, more than 13,000 riders have raised more than $13 million in cities across the country.
