FBI: Takedown of ‘large-scale criminal enterprise’ underway

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Multiple law enforcement agencies are involved in a takedown Wednesday morning.

News 8’s Kevin Ratermann has been traveling to multiple locations across Indianapolis to gather information.

He’s seen three houses searched, two people detained and large boxes marked “evidence” pulled from a residence on Arnolda Avenue.

“The FBI led a multi-agency, large-scale takedown across Indianapolis of a criminal enterprise,” according to an FBI spokesperson.

News 8 has reached out to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department and the Department of Justice for more information.

No other details have been released.
