IMPD releases sketch of suspect in sexual assault of 16-year-old

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has released a sketch of a sexual assault suspect, Crime Stoppers of Central Indiana said.

According to IMPD, the victim assaulted a 16-year-old girl just after 7:30 p.m. Tuesday in the 3700 block of Breen Drive. That’s southeast of East 38th Street and North Post Road on the city’s east side.

Police said the teen girl was walking in that area when she was abducted by an armed suspect and then assaulted in an older tan sport-utility vehicle.

The suspect is described as a male from 5-feet-5 to 5-9 and 230 pounds with Afro-textured hair. Police said he has a wide face. His right eye looks to the right.

Officers also said the suspect’s bottom cuspids stick out more than his other teeth.
