Dick Wolfsie encounters ‘The Turfmeister’
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Each and every week, Dick Wolfsie shares a special story unique to central Indiana.
This week, Wolfsie stopped by the city’s east side and encountered Henry Pelc aka “The Turfmeister.”
Henry is known for his astro turf and decorating the Pink Floyd van.
Henry has been in the business of astroturf or outdoor carpet for years.
