Looking to keep after-school snacktime easy and simple?

Registered Dietitian Annessa Chumbley shares a few recipes that include Two Good Greek Lowfat Yogurt: a new game-changing yogurt that has 2 grams of total sugar, which is about 85% less sugar than the average yogurt.  It also has 12 grams of protein and 80 calories per serving. 

Two Good is available in Vanilla and four blended fruit-inspired flavors, including Mixed Berry, Peach, Strawberry and Blueberry.

Hassle-free Meals & Snacks

Cinnamon PB Dip 
1⁄2 cup natural peanut butter
5.3 ounces Two Good Greek Vanilla lowfat yogurt
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 
2 apples – any variety you like, cut into slices 

*Two Good: 80 calories, 2g fat, 2g sugar per 5.3oz.  Average regular yogurt: 130 calories, 2.5g fat, 16g sugar per 5.3oz.

Trending Headlines

1. Place peanut butter into small bowl or container. Add half of the vanilla yogurt, mixing with a spatula to combine. 
2. Add the rest of the yogurt and cinnamon and mix until a smooth texture is reached. Serve dip with apple slices! It also goes great with celery, carrots, bell peppers, bananas, pears, or any produce that you can think of!
