Indiana Supreme Court to hear oral arguments at Ball State University
MUNCIE, Ind. (WISH) – The Indiana Supreme Court will hear oral arguments at Ball State University Thursday morning.
The arguments are part of the civil case, Tresa Megenity verus David V. Dunn.
Megenity sued Dunn for kicking and injuring her during a karate class.
The event begins at 10:30 a.m. in Emens Auditorium. It is open to the public and seating will be on a first-come, first-served basis.
