Anthem and Quest Diagnostics team up

INDIANAPOLIS (Inside INdiana Business) — A strategic relationship has been formed between Anthem Inc. (NYSE: ANTM) and New Jersey-based Quest Diagnostics (NYSE: DGX) on several outcome-based programs designed to improve the health care experience. 

The companies will work together to try to improve care delivery efficiency and to reduce costs with programs and tools to ultimately create pricing transparency, enhance consumer engagement and improve operations. The work will focus on clients in California, Connecticut, Georgia, Indiana, Kentucky, Maine, Missouri, New Hampshire, New York, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin.
