IPL to install locking manhole covers
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — The Indianapolis Power & Light Company will be installing locking manhole covers.
IPL says that they are accelerating efforts to install more manhole covers downtown.
The company announced Wednesday that more than a dozen locking manhole covers will be installed downtown before Final Four weekend.
