On Tuesday, artistic director Eric Stark will be joined by social musicologist Joshua Thompson for a pre-concert event called “In-Choir-ing Minds.” The goal of the event is to provide additional information about the artists and songs featured in the digital concert.

Stark spoke to News 8’s Brenna Donnelly about “In-Choir-ing Minds” and the concert as well as the importance of highlighting composers of color.
