INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – With the growing number of COVID-19 cases and several schools going virtual again, pandemic stress may be on the rise, especially for parents.
Lauren Palmer, an Indy Moms Blog contributor, was on Daybreak Wednesday.
She discussed some things to do in order to support better mental health.
Some of her suggestions include exercising, getting enough sleep, keeping an eye on alcohol intake and detoxing weekly from social media.
