Man sentenced to 65 years for murder of 2-year old

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A man has been sentenced for the murder of a 2-year old from October of 2015.

DiQuan Williams was sentenced to 65 years for the murder of Cameron Parks due to multiple blunt force injuries.Williams previously plead guilty to the murder of Parks..

Police said Williams hit Parks and then did not take the unconscious child to a doctor.

Under a plea deal, Williams agreed to plead guilty in exchange for a 65 years in prison.

The child’s mother, Dominique Parks, plead guilty in June of 2016. She is currently serving a 20 year sentence.

Williams was the boyfriend of the child’s mother, Dominique Parks.
