Report: Calbert Cheaney joining Pacers coaching staff

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A former IU basketball player is returning to the state of Indiana.
Calbert Cheaney is joining the Indiana Pacers coaching staff, according to ESPN.
ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarwoski says the former IU great will be an assistant coach under new head coach Nate Bjorkgren.
Prior to the Pacers, the Evansville, Indiana native had been an assistant coach in the G-League.
