INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Summer is finally here and so is the warm weather that normally comes with it.
Staying hydrated is something we could all pay closer attention to this time of year.
Kaitlyn Wong, Community Health dietitian, stopped by Daybreak Monday.
She discussed the amount of water men and women need in order to stay hydrated, how much water we should be getting every day and some water-rich food to focus on in the summer.
