Colts Rigoberto Sanchez named AFC Special Teams Player of the Week
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A Colts special teams player is getting some league-wide recognition.
On Wednesday, the NFL named punter Rigoberto Sanchez the AFC Special Teams Player of the Week for Week 4.
The special designation comes after the Colts 27-17 win over the Miami Dolphins in which Sanchez had four punts for a total of 200 yards, two of which were inside of the 20-yard line.
This is the first time Sanchez has received that title.
The Colts next travel to Baltimore to play the Ravens on Monday, Oct. 11.
