Mild and breezy Wednesday
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We’re in store for a mild and breezy Wednesday afternoon with a wintry mix heading this way for the end of the week.
WEDNESDAY: We may start off with a little patchy fog across the northern part of the state early this morning. Otherwise, look for mostly sunny skies during the day. Skies become partly cloudy for the afternoon. It will be mild and breezy. Winds may gust at times close to 20 mph. Highs climb into the middle 40s.
WEDNESDAY NIGHT: Skies become mostly cloudy for the overnight hours. It stays a bit breezy with lows falling close to freezing.
THURSDAY: Clouds stick around for much of the day. It remains mild with highs climbing into the low and middle 40s. There’s a chance for a rain/snow mix possible later in the day and into the evening hours.
FRIDAY: Rain/snow mix is possible on Friday under mostly cloudy skies. Highs climb into the upper 30s close to 40.
8-DAY FORECAST: Temperatures return back to normal and even a few degrees below normal for the weekend. Look for highs in the lower 30s on Saturday and Sunday with mostly cloudy skies. There’s a chance we may see a few scattered snow showers on Saturday with a lingering flurry on Sunday. Temperatures climb back into the middle 30s by early next week.
