Several rain chances ahead with below average temperatures

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We had a chilly Tuesday with some rain showers across the region.

Tuesday night:

A few isolated showers are possible tonight as colder air sinks into the state. It will be breezy, damp, and cold overnight with lows dipping into the upper 30s.

Wednesday:

Drizzle or spotty sprinkles look to linger through parts of the state before sunrise Wednesday. Then we will dry out and receive sunshine as our temperatures warm up to the upper 50s for our highs.

Thursday:

Enjoy a refreshing Thursday with warmer temperatures and partly sunny skies. Winds will become breezy by the afternoon hours.

Highs top out in the mid 60s.

8 Day Forecast:

Showers look to return to the forecast for your Friday with isolated showers north of interstate 70 and numerous showers south of interstate 70. We will dry out and cool down by Friday night. As our low temperatures fall into the low to mid 30s Friday night, areas of patchy frost will develop along and north of interstate 70. More sunshine returns with dry conditions by your Saturday.
