INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Patchy fog Monday morning for a few select spots with temperatures in the lower to mid-40s. Clouds will begin to thicken up through the morning and afternoon with a few peaks of sunshine. Highs will top out in the upper 60s to near 70°. A few thunderstorms will develop overnight along a warm front with the severe weather risk well north of Indy.

Early Tuesday morning there could be a spotty storm in eastern communities. Storms will move out early with a decent day with a partly to mostly sunny sky! Highs will also soar to the mid-70s during the afternoon. A second system will pass through overnight Tuesday and early Wednesday. There will be a slight risk of severe weather across all of central Indiana overnight night Tuesday with all severe weather modes in play with gusty winds and large hail as the two major threats. Those storms will quickly move out early Wednesday morning before the morning commute.

Highs Wednesday will still be comfortable with spots warming to the lower 70s. By the end of the week, highs will plummet to the lower 60s to upper 50s with a few shower chances late week.

This weekend looks cool and split with highs in the mid-50s with a spotty shower possible Sunday.
