Rain and wind today

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A very mild start to Wednesday morning with temperatures in the lower 60s with breezy winds. Clouds will increase through the morning with highs warming to the mid-60s. Winds Wednesday afternoon could be gusting at 40 mph.

A cold front will pass through the state later Wednesday which will generate showers late this afternoon and through the evening. Temperatures will drop as the front slides across the state.

Lows will fall to the upper 30s early Thursday morning. Thursday will be a chilly day with highs in the lower 40s with a partly cloudy sky.

Even cooler end to the week with highs in the lower 40s. This weekend’s highs will make a quick rebound to the upper 40s to near 50° both Saturday and Sunday. Rain chances will increase Sunday.

Chilly start to next week with highs in the mid-40s Monday becoming even cooler Tuesday with highs struggling to break out of the 30s.
