Several chances for rain ahead
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We worked in a mild start to the workweek as we increased our humidity levels a little bit. Some areas east of Indy saw showers earlier this morning.
Monday night: A few isolated showers will remain possible tonight. Lows will dip into the mid to upper 60s.
Tuesday: We could have isolated showers develop Tuesday morning before better rain chances slide in Tuesday afternoon. The activity will gradually wane through sunset.
A slightly warmer and more humid afternoon will be on tap for us. Highs will top out in the low to mid 80s.
Wednesday: A rinse and repeat type of day will be on deck for our Wednesday. Scattered rain chances are in place throughout the day.
Wednesday afternoon will be warm and muggy statewide with highs rising into the mid 80s.
8 Day Forecast: Rain and storm chances are set to stick around through the remainder of the workweek and Saturday. Highs will not budge much at all as they hover in the mid 80s through much of the extended forecast.
