Cheese vs cheese!

Cheese Wars 2018 comes back for a SECOND year, featuring local cheesemakers and local chefs competing for cash and bragging rights. The competition is burning hot!

Today on Indy Style, Chef Erin Kem, Cannon Ball Brewing Company, makes a Scandinavian-inspired goat ricotta gnocchi with grated elk salami and lingonberry–hazelnut sauce! And not to be outdone is Chef John Herndon of Thunderbird, making The ThunderReuben: house made oatberrry pumpernickel bread, whipped Jacobs & Brichford Briana, pork pastrami, sauerkraut aioli.
