Meet the Cheese Lady at the Indiana State Fair
More than a thousand pounds of cheese, hundreds of hours carving, two art student assistants, but there’s only ONE Cheese Lady.
Sarah Kaufman’s been cheese sculpting for more than 20 years. She’s passionate about her art form, what goes into it and what the state fair crowd gets out of it. This year’s sculpture pays tribute to, appropriately enough, dairy farmers.
