Savor Downtown continues through Sunday, and Rooster’s Kitchen is one of over 50 restaurants participating in the discounted three-course deals.

Ross Katz, Owner, has created a sandwich called “Peppa,” exclusively for the Savor Downtown menu and if popular enough, will make it onto the regular menu. 

Ingredients:        
Ketchup        1 1/2    cup
Batch No.2 Mustard    1/4    cup
Molasses        1/4    cup
Cider Vinegar        1/4    cup
Worcestershire    3    Tblsp
Hot Sauce        1    Tblsp
Brown Sugar        1/2    cup
Black Pepper        1    tsp
Kosher Salt        2    tsp
Garlic Powder        1    tsp
Onion Powder        1    tsp
Chili Powder        1    tsp

Combine ingredients, and simmer for 15 – 20 minutes until it thickens.
