1 dead, 1 seriously injured after motorcycle crash in Fountain Square
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — One man has died after a motorcycle crash in Fountain Square early Sunday morning, the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department said.
The crash happened in the 1500 block of Shelby Street just before 3 a.m.
The male victim was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger on the motorcycle was taken to a nearby hospital in serious condition.
Police are talking to witnesses and investigating to determine the cause of the crash.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released.
