31-year-old man dies in shooting on city’s east side

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — A 31-year-old man died in a shooting on the city’s east side.
Terence White Jr. died of gunshot wounds, the Marion County Coroner’s Office said Monday.
Officers with Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department were called just after 10:10 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a person shot in the 900 block of Oakland Avenue. That’s a residential area southeast of East 10th and North Rural streets.
Police found White shot dead.
By Monday, police had released no information about a possible suspect.
