Silver Alert canceled for missing North Vernon man; arrest made
NORTH VERNON, Ind. (WISH) — A statewide Silver Alert has been issued for a New Vernon man missing since Saturday and believed to be in danger or to require medical assistance.
Brian K. Kirby, 52, was last seen around 11 p.m. Saturday. Police describe him as 5-feet-9 and 180 pounds with red hair and blue eyes, wearing an orange, knitted “toboggan” hat, gray sweatshirt with “Tennessee” in white letters and blue jeans.
