Police investigating after body found in Fishers retention pond

FISHERS, Ind. (WISH) — Police in Hamilton County were investigating Thursday after a body was found in a retention pond in Fishers.
The Fishers Police Department responded to a report of a body floating in a retention pond near 141st Street and Promise Road, near Harborvale Chase at 9:30 a.m.
Police say a dive team removed the body of a deceased male in the water.
The cause of death is unknown and no further information was immediately available.
