Why too much sleep can be as dangerous as too little during COVID-19 pandemic
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – The disruption in daily life amid the COVID-19 pandemic has had a major impact on sleep patterns.
On Friday, WISH-TV’s medical reporter, Dr. Mary Gillis, D.Ed., discussed why getting either too little or too much sleep can put one at risk of a coronavirus infection.
Gillis also talked about some tips for improving sleep provided by the National Sleep Foundation.
