David has rain and fall-like temps in the forecast

Sunday will be the last day with summer-like temperatures in the 80s for awhile. We will see a few days with some much needed showers around. Possibly 1/2 to 3/4 inch of rain overall with some higher amounts with stronger storms. Then some welcome fall-like weather later in the week.
Tonight – Becoming cloudy with showers arriving about midnight in the Indy area. Sooner to the south. Overnight low 68
Monday – Mostly cloudy with showers off and on until afternoon and then ending temporarily. High 78.
Tuesday – More showers and storms possible. High 75.
Wednesday – Showers ending by afternoon. Mostly cloudy and cool. High only 67.

Sunday’s temperatures were back to 10-12 degrees above average for the middle of September.

the 10 degree drop in temperature for Monday will be because of clouds and rain.

FutureCast indicates the first wave of showers moves in by 8 PM Sunday night in the Indy area.

after showers are around Monday morning into the afternoon, the rain moves out by evening.
