Fantastic weather stretch ahead

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Areas across central Indiana today picked up on slow moving thunderstorms with heavy rainfall.

Monday night:

We’re tracking isolated showers and storm chances with cooler air riding into the state.

Showers will diminish overnight as we dip into the low 60s for our low temperatures.

Tuesday:

A stray shower cannot be ruled out before sunrise Tuesday. Clouds will partially decrease, giving way to a fantastic partly cloudy afternoon. Highs top out in the mid to upper 70s.

Wednesday:

Prepare for a cooler start to your Wednesday as we will only be in the 50s for our temperatures. Plentiful sunshine will be the story by Wednesday afternoon, making way for a beautiful day with highs in the upper 70s.

8 Day Forecast:

The refreshing cooler air will be short lived as we work in a gradual warming trend heading into the weekend. Temperatures will return to the 80s by Friday with showers developing Friday night. Rain chances look to linger through the weekend.
