Less humid Tuesday ahead

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — We had a hot, steamy, and stormy start to the work week across central Indiana. Strong to severe storms occurred throughout the mid-afternoon hours.

Monday night:

We are tracking the chance for spotty showers this evening

Lows will dip into the mid to upper 60s.

Tuesday:

A much better day is in store for our Tuesday with less humidity, mostly clear skies, and dry time. Highs top out in the mid 80s.

Wednesday:

We will have a warm average summer day with plentiful sunshine. High temperatures will top out in the mid 80s.

8 Day Forecast:

Isolated storms are possible Thursday with cooler air sinking into the state by Thursday night. High temperatures will only reach the low 80s for Thursday and Friday. Storm chances look to linger into the weekend as the gradual cooling trend continues.
