Warmer and humid weekend

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – A cool start to Friday morning with temperatures in the upper 50s to lower 60s with a mainly clear sky. Highs Friday afternoon will top out in the lower to mid-80s with lots of sunshine! On Friday night, there could be a stray shower in southern Indiana with lows in the 60s.

A few spotty showers and storms Saturday with plenty of dry time during the afternoon. Highs will inch up to the mid-80s with humid conditions through the afternoon. Race day looks great and mainly dry with an isolated storm possible. Highs will be warm with most in the mid-80s with humid conditions.

Heat will build next week with highs in the upper 80s with mainly sunny skies. Monday’s highs will top out in the upper 80s. That trend will continue through midweek with a few spots flirting with 90°. The next chance for rain arrives later on in the week with highs cooling to the mid-80s.
