David’s Halloween Forecast

After a cloudy, dreary and cool Saturday, we can hope to see more sunshine on Sunday. It should be dry and in the 50s for the Colts game and Sunday evening Halloween Trick or Treaters. Then dry and cooler temperatures for the week ahead.

Tonight – Cloudy and not too cool for late October. Low of 46.

Sunday – Becoming mostly sunny and a little warmer. High 60.

Monday – Mostly clear and chilly in the morning. Low 38. Mostly sunny and seasonably cool by afternoon. High 58.

After the rain left early Saturday, the clouds hung around for the rest of the day. Clouds should move out Sunday. Leaf colors around Martinsville starting to come on strong!

Rain has moved off to the east but clouds still covered the eastern half of the Midwest Saturday afternoon. We should see some clearing by Sunday morning.

The Colts have Tweeted that the roof and window of Lucas Oil Stadium will be open. With temperatures in the 50s, a warm Fall jacket may be appropriate.

The kids may need a couple layers under their Halloween costumes with temperatures dropping to the low 50s by Sunday evening. Most importantly, it will remain dry.

By Sunday morning, under some clearing skies we will see temperatures in the mid 40s. That is actually a little above average for the last day of October.

By Sunday afternoon, we should see some sunshine and seasonable temperatures around 60.

8 Day Outlook – Mostly dry weather with just a chance for showers Wednesday. chilly even for the start of November. We will be 5 – 10 degrees below average for the week ahead.
