INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – Showers and storms that developed in Illinois this afternoon will be moving through Central Indiana late this afternoon into the evening. Later this evening the storms will be gone and a cold front will start to change our weather.
Saturday afternoon was mostly sunny with light wind and lots of heat and humidity.
The humidity makes it feel even warmer than the hot temperatures in Indiana
The hot and humid air was starting to produce some scattered storms Saturday afternoon. As more storms develop, they will be moving into Central Indiana this evening. Brief period of rain and possibly some thunder and lightning if the storms head your way. No severe storms expected.
Showers will be rapidly dissipating and moving east by 9 – 10PM late Saturday evening.
By Sunday afternoon, we will start to see the drier air move in. And there is a switch to North wind once the cold front moves through.
Your Chapman Heat, Air, and Plumbing has some really nice days in the week ahead. Back to some actual spring-like weather instead of the summer heat and humidity of last week.
