Many of us will be watching the big game next Sunday and while the action on the field will be getting everyone’s attention what is going on behind the scenes is where law enforcement, first responders and public safety officials are playing a critical role in helping keep everyone in and around the Super Bowl safe. 

Technology is front and center at the Super Bowl for the fans who will be there, but its playing an even more important role in maintaining public safety in Miami, and we have two of the nation’s top public safety experts to give us the inside story.  

Bill Bratton is the former police commissioner of Boston, Los Angeles and New York, and is the only person ever to lead the police agencies of America’s two largest cities.

Maggie Hallbach leads the nationwide team responsible for developing advanced technology solutions for public safety at Verizon.
