Festiva dishes up a Vegetarian Enchilada and an Oaxaquen Punch

When it comes to your next enchilada… “think FALL!”

In our kitchen today, George Munoz, Operating Partner of Festiva, shares this tasty mix– Achiote marinated roasted butternut squash, corn and cauliflower enchiladas topped with mole verde (tomatillos, onion, garlic, pumpkin seeds, epazote)– Topped with sour cream, queso fresco, pumpkin seeds! Oh, and the punch? It’s a ginger and orange mulled apple cider with Peleton de la Muerte Mezcal!
