Lunchbox Packing Hacks from a Dietitian and Mom

Do you stay up way too late or wake up super early to pack your kids’ lunches? 

Michelle Dudash, Registered Dietitian, Chef and Creator of Clean Eating for Busy Families, shares three tips to cut down the amount of time it takes to making your kids’ school lunches: 

1. Make 2-3 days worth of lunches at a time.
2. Keep the entree the same, just switch out the sides
3. DIY Lunchables–what every kid wants!

And remember, hot school lunch offers good variety to give your child a balanced diet. Add at least a few days of hot lunch into the mix per month…you’ll get a day off!
