Carmel Celebration of Bands
Grab a picnic lunch, a blanket and enjoy the sounds of the Carmel Celebration of Bands! It’s a FREE family-oriented band festival in the heart of Carmel, on Monon and Main, August 19th & 20th.
Led by the Indiana Wind Symphony, 10 different bands will be performing concerts over two days: Friday and Saturday on Main Street, with a special free concert at the Palladium on Saturday afternoon. Bands will play jazz, classical, big band, Sousa, Dixieland, and more!
Visitors can enjoy the concert while strolling through the vibrant Arts District’s many restaurants and shops. Music lovers are encouraged to bring picnic chairs and blankets to the performance space across from Bub’s on the Monon Trail and enjoy with friends and family. Visitors will also have a chance to explore ArtsCard, a new program that lets the community support Carmel arts while receiving discounts for local business patronage.
