Get fit as your kids return to school with this slam ball workout

This workout is for all of the parents who feel like they don’t have time to workout while fulfilling their fulltime parenting duties. Tim Griffin, Carmel firefighter, says you only need about 30min. of your day to get these exercises in, and you can even separate it into two different parts of your day. Watch the video above to see how all the exercises are done.

Part 1:

Walk briskly for 10-minutes as soon as you get up and before you get the kids ready.

Part 2: Do this before bus drop-off after school or after the kids settle in for home work
