Nickel Plate Arts Valentine’s Day events

Nickel Plate Arts presents Valentine’s Day for All events this weekend. Representatives say it’s not your typical Hallmark holiday event. From LEGO self-portraits to cupcake decorating, there’s something for sweethearts of all ages.

Nickel Plate Arts presents Valentine’s Day for All events Feb. 13-14 and tell us this is not your typical Hallmark holiday event.

This Friday’s warm up event includes making random pieces out of LEGOs.

Date Night is Feb. 14, 6-9 p.m at Nickel Plate Arts and features art projects including cupcake arts with Flying Cupcake. There is a difference between pastry arts and fine arts.

Cupcakes are a safe place to experiment with art because if it’s bad, you can just eat it.
