In an effort to support local restaurant’s Indy Style is ordering takeout every day.

Oakley’s Bistro is “Today’s Takeout.” Here are a few of the delicious items they delivered to us:

• Shrimp Corndog – a cocktail size shrimp skewered and dipped in corn batter and deep fried, finished with bistro honey mustard
• Bacon Wrapped Apricots – 6 tequila soaked apricots, wrapped in bacon and finished with a jalapeno kumquat honey glaze
• Harvest Salad – roasted red beets, butternut squash, pumpkin seed granola, goat cheese creme fraiche, oranges, endive, red wine vinaigrette
• Salmon Filet – olive oil poached salmon, cauliflower kaffir lime puree, himalayan red rice, hummus “fries”, coconut curry creme fraiche, apple peanut mostarda.

Oakley’s is offering carryout, curbside and some delivery during the dine-in restrictions.
