True to our name, we are always coming up with new punches (both alcoholic and non) to intrigue our guests with single-serving or sharable cocktails for a crowd.

Grapefruit Soda

Ingredients:

2 oz house-made grapefruit syrup

3 oz sparkling water

Procedure: Measure and pour grapefruit syrup into glass, then measure and pour soda water. Fill glass with ice, express the oil out of a grapefruit peel and garnish.

Cilantro Fizz

Ingredients:

Handful Fresh Cilantro

1 oz House-Made Jalapeño & Cucumber Syrup

1 oz Fresh Lime Juice

.5 oz Aquafaba

2 oz Sparkling water

Procedure: Build the first 4 ingredients into shaker tin. Shake vigorously for 7 seconds, add soda, then double strain through a mesh strainer into a chilled coupe. Garnish with one pretty cilantro leaf.

Coco Fresca

Ingredients:

.75 oz Coconut Milk

3 oz Coconut Water

.5 oz Simple Syrup

.5 oz Fresh Lime Juice​

1.5 oz Sparkling Water

Procedure: Build the first 4 ingredients into a shaker tin. Shake vigorously for 7 seconds, add soda, then strain into a Collins glass. Garnish with a pretty mint sprig.
