Where you can roll an Easter egg in Indianapolis

A longstanding White House tradition that dates back to 1878 can be enjoyed in Indianapolis at the former home of Indiana’s only U.S. president, Benjamin Harrison.

The presidential egg roll is an Easter celebration where children race to roll their decorated egg through the grass at the White House using a wooden spoon to push it along.

From 9-10:30 a.m. Saturday, the Presidential Egg Roll at the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site will include the egg roll, crafts, music and photos with the Easter Bunny.

Egg roll races will occur by age group every 15 minutes on the presidential lawn. The event is free for both children and their parents, but space is limited, so reserve your spot today!
