INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – One man has been arrested in connection to a near north side murder, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.

IMPD says 46-year-old Thomas Teague has been taken into custody for his role in the murder of 61-year-old James Foy.

On Dec. 4, just after 4 a.m., officers were called out to a residence in the 3300 block of Boulevard Place for a welfare check.
