Mayor Hogsett, Marion County health leaders update county COVID-19 restrictions
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) – On Friday morning, Indianapolis Mayor Joe Hogsett and the Marion County Health Department announced changes to the county’s COVID-19 restrictions.
Starting Monday, Sept. 28., restaurants, bars, nightclubs and food establishments can have up to 50% indoor capacity. Those venues can also have 100% outdoor capacity.
Museums and entertainment venues can have 50% capacity.
Gyms and fitness centers can also have 50% capacity.
Live entertainment can resume at bars and performance venues with a 10-feet distance between the stage and audience. Audiences also have to social distance.
Churches can have services at 75% capacity.
Restaurants and bars will continue to close at midnight.
