Driver dies in crash near Cloverdale
PUTNAM COUNTY, Ind. (WISH) — One person has died following a single-vehicle crash in Putnam County Sunday morning.
The Putnam County Sheriff’s Office responded to the crash on State Road 42 east of Cloverdale.
According to authorities, the driver lost control of the vehicle and struck a tree. The driver died at the scene of the crash.
Indiana State Police, Cloverdale Fire Department, Cloverdale Police Department and the Putnam County Coroner’s Office responded to the incident.
The crash is being investigated by Putnam County Nightshift deputies. No other information has been released at this time.
