Eating healthy foods for the holidays

INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Sweets and comfort foods may dominate the spread at your holiday party, but there’s some foods that can better boost your health at this time of year.

Community Health Dietician Kaitlyn Wong dropped by our studios to tell us the benefits of certain foods.

Kaitlyn explained the benefits of foods such as oranges, cranberries and pomegranates, among others.
